A friend of mine has asked me to post this he has a 200 ltr tank and has this problem he has 4 clown loach and dosnt want an assassin snail any ideas

As it Goes I'm going to my local pet store today to have a look I will take your advice and look for two females there isn't any obvious damage no but as I say it does look pretty brutal when they start cheers

And by doing this they aren't going to harm each other are they ? Because it does look pretty violent lol

Have had a pair of rams for about two months now both male and they have always bickerd with one and other but nothing to bad. A friend also has rams and they do the same have a random peck at each other after a stand off giving the similar behavior with both my and his rams is this a Bolivian...

Lol I had clown loaches when I first started up not knowing that they played dead and sleep upside down so know how you feel Rick

This also happened to me and I panicked but a mate of mine told me his do it aswell but if you put your room lite on then after about 5mins put your tank lite on it will not happen so I presume it's a light deprevation issue but causes no apparent harm. Rick

My tank is 125 ltr with plenty of hides wil look further into it before committing thanks guys

Cheers did you have it from a small size or brought from adult

Was told that if the shrimp were a decent size then they would leave them alone might not risk it then cheers Rick
