I'm pretty sure that otocinclus are from central america, im not sure they would be with the convicts though. They eat algea, vegies that you put in the tank for them, and biofilm.

I feed my bettas 2-3 pellets twice a day. Its working well for them.

Im trying to come up with ideas for stocking my blackwater 29g, Currently i have: 5 kuhli loaches 1 male blue gourami 5 black skirt tetras My question is would i be able to put in 5 female bettas, if this means anything my fish are relatively peaceful. If not do you guys have any suggestions?

Arent tannins good for tropical fish? Maybe not the giant amount that they release in the begining but ive heard that they are.

Hi, im going to do a rescape for my 29g, it will be planted and everything. At my lfs there is a sale going on for a bit on some decent sized mopani wood. Do any of you guys have some tips for scaping with it? I havent really used it before.
