I have ottos already... They seem to do a good job for my glass.
However I have green looking water right at the bottom where they can't get to. I think snails could do the job. LFS don't have a variety of snails :(
My question is, which algae eaters only eat algae and not my plants..
I have green algae forming under/near my HC and would like to get rid of.
I have already 2 ottos and 2 Siamese algae eaters.

I have a 12 gallon planted aquarium.
And it's been running for maybe 5-6 weeks can't remember how long exactly.
I had 8 cherry red shrimp and they all died one by one.
So I got testing my water.
Ammonia -0
Nitrite - 0
Nitrate is .25 ppm apparently it's fine.
My ph is 7.4

Yep, I have a stingray elite filter.. Which came with the tank setup. ( it's ok)
But I would like the co2 to go all the way across cos all I see is the co2 bubbles just goes to the surface.
Mini diffuser that came with the tank, iv lowered it down to 1 bubble per 2 sec. Iv found one shrimp that survived! And he looks healthy! :)
