    A few Questions.

    The little worms are nothing to worry about, they help clean the tank. Get a magnet cleaner to clean the glass, every day. What type of PS do you have?

    On somewhat of a tangent approximately 10% of fish that are caught and released die. So considering that this case, is similar to that of a caught and released Tuna (Which don't breathe while fighting) I'd say the fish has an 80% shot of living if it was out for less than 15 minutes. P.S...

    Supplements may also help, I use C-Balance, but improper use of supplements could lead to algae blooms.

    Lighting for a 180 — Help!

    The canopy gets in the way of the light, especially since canopies are not perfectly clear. As for the light it looks very good, and should work well with the tank, and you'll probably be able to keep almost anything in there.
