Hey I need some info on this subject, so here it goes. How do you vaccum gravel? Do you have to take out water or fish? Do you need a special vaccum? If so what kind and how much are they? Do you need to vaccum if you have a filter? TIA

I'm not considering doing this, but when i was at my LFS I was talking to the owner and he was telling me about the aggresive natures of both bettas and cichlids and I just wanted to know what would happen if you put them in a tank together. I figured the cichlid would come out on top.

The Bristlenose catfish (algae eaters) get to be about 5", and the Rainbow Shark 6". I dont really have the money for a new tank, and the only reason that I was thinking about getting a new one is because mine is slightly scratched, but thanks though. Also what are some cool mid dwelling fish...

What would happen if you threw 2 male bettas in with a full grown african cichlid?
