Are they all red....my tank had about the same thing when i cleaned the gravel all these small worms came out but they werent all red some where like grey and white too; they were very thin and abt 1/2 - 3/8ths long they squirmed around almost like a mosquito larva... my fish must have noticed...

The video that jlbfish posted is exactly what I have squirming around in the tank....so these little guys just pop up in ur tank from no where?? That kinda weird I guess we'll as long as their not harmful I guess my fire eel will eat them up

No I'm not using any fish food tho I have read that it helps speed up the cycling process
