Confirmed this morning my nerite snail is dead. It was kinda just hanging out of its shell :(. My ph lvl is a higher than normal. Not really sure how the heck that happened. Researching that now. Could the higher lvls have to do with its death. Though if it does, why didnt affect the other...

Curious what the suggestions are on this, as I am doing a complete overhaul on my tank as well as soon as my new plants get in. Subscribed and following. Good luck with the 55 gallon change, mine is only 10 :). My biggest worry is losing all the good bacteria and having to go through a cycle again.
