Can anyone tell me what these two little guys are?

Does anyone know why my coral is growing a sudden bubble. I noticed a small bubble the other day, but it was hidden inside the full day bloom of the coral. Tonight, while the coral is dormant, I notice the bubble is a lot bigger. See photo below from tonight

I have been trying to grab a photo of this stow away for months, but he is too fast. Today, I was able to get a video (1sec) of him playing in the holes of my live rock. Can anyone tell me what this little guy is and if he is a friendly stow away for my reef tank?

Recently picked-up these mushroom corals and have found something springing tentacles below. There appears to be two at the base of each mushroom. Does anyone have any idea what they could be?
