I have some non dominate males that don't have the pretty wide whites and have darker stripes.

This is my Jacob/Eureka. Very beautiful fish. Bright blue heads and very red/orange body with bright white on top of fin. Love his colors and currently breeding.

Use an additive that puts in bacteria. Stress-zyme, prime, stability.

I do 25% water changes every Saturday and all my numbers are 0 at all times!!!

You want to have the correct ph for what fish you have/want. That can be found on google. The rest you want at 0. It's very easy to do this with water changes. 25%-50% and how frequent depends on how high they get between.

Usually fight other male betas. Seen many people that have smaller community fish in with their beta

3-5 gallons at least. Can get a couple other small fish to be its friends!

Just my opinion tho.

I would do more water changes until ammonia and nitrates are at 0

I've had a common pleco I got at around 2" in July last year. It's at 3.5" now. I wouldn't worry about it out growing the tank for now. When you think it might be too big just trade it in at your LFS and get a different one that doesn't get as bg.

Also did a reseal on the 55g I picked up cheap. Had a reptile in it so had to get rid of the ammonia infested old sealant. Always looking for decorating idea for this new set up. Feel free to share your tank with me!

Did my weekly 25% water change in both tanks and rearranged them. Took my holding female out and put her in a net breeder in my fry tank. Took a 1.25" juvi out of the fry tank and put it in my bigger tank. Now that I rearranged my fry tank all the fry are hanging out together now. My king tiger...
