The site I got from here is glasscages.com, which definitely has long tanks at great prices and you can choose between glasses or get acrylic. The one I found is socalaquariums.com, but they don't ship, so you'd need to be in the LA area. I think they said Ontario. :flowers:

I appreciate that, but not filter problems. They calculated the correct measurements of my tank, as I've not heard of other dimensions on a standard 54g corner tank. They have me at 105% stocked. 38x28x27.5

Anyone know a tank stocking calculator other than aqadvisor.com? They don't have my filter and it's messing up the recommendations. For a tank that's "105%" stocked, it's saying that my powerful (for my tank) filter is only 42% good enough. Ugh.

Ahh... Luck you! UV should do it then. If LFS doesn't have one, there is a decent variety on Amazon. If you don't want chemicals (and I don't blame you), that's the way, IMO. That being said, I have used API Algaefix during a bad algae bloom. 50% water change during which I wiped everything...

I would assume so, but I am finding nothing. I kind of expected the fish store to tell me there are none so they can buy this fish for pennies and re-sell it for a bunch of money, but I've been searching too. Was just hoping maybe someone in LA would find this & know more.
