    I've googled it's definitely similar. I suspect columnaris and someone recommended that I do kanaplex with fungus guard... but it didn't work. I noticed the first fish with this symptom about 2 weeks ago.

    It sounds similar. I've treated with kanaplex though and it didn't work. I'm thinking of trying some furan-2 but I'm not sure if that's the right step to take.
