I added this fish two months ago The aquarium 4 months old (since it cycled). No new additions to the tank in the last month or so.

This one had an orange/deformed tail since the day I got him. Recently the tail lost its color completely. Other than that his behavior is completely normal.

I have a heavily planted 72 liter (~19 gallon) tank with 20 neon tetras, 2 female bettas and 12 amanos. It is lit with two 10W lights. My nitrate levels are 0 ppm since I cycled the tank (2 months). Should I dose NPK/Flourish/both?

Thanks again. The tank is a plastic tub with a plastic plant decoration and live frogbit plants. The fish are not afraid when I'm near the tank, they hide only if I open it to clean/feed them. I have a small led light for the frogbit. Most of the tank is shaded with the help of the frogbit plants.
