I was able to pick up some "Ohio blue" flagstone yesterday for $0.22 a pound. So I rescaped my 90g with it. I've never seen my fish more happy

I'm unsure if it's a true keibensis, but I have what's called a rock kribensis. It's a Victorian species. Very vibrant and social. He hangs with my mbuna here he is with my yellow lab
Bumblebee cichlids are known for their ability to change colors.
What size of a tank do you have?
Having an electric blue (assuming it's a johanni and not a maingano) in a 4ft tank or smaller could be bad considering they are both some of the most aggressive species of mbuna.
Orange with brown is OB zebra, yellows are yellow lab. Black with yellow fin looks like acei. I'm unsure of the lighter pink ones. Maybe strawberry peacock but don't old me to that. The the zebra, labs, and acei are mbuna so their primary diet should be plant based. I feed mine zucchini...

So I have made this extra filter for my 29g freshwater tank. I used an old CPR backpack protein skimmer. I placed filter padding in the first chamber, I placed activated carbon in a mesh bag in the second chamber and bioballs in the third chamber. I will be adding ceramic and sponge to the final...
Would this work as an efficient filter for a 29G freshwater? (I'm eliminating the skimmer part)
I have a CPR backpack protein skimmer that I never used. I threw this together as I believe it would be quite efficient and provide tons of room for a bio filter. I plan on filling the right chamber...
