Hi guys, So I've set my aquarium up and have three pieces of live rock in there to cycle it. It's only been in there for 3 days but the live rock has turned quite white in a lot of patches, which I assume means it's dying off in some way. Does this mean I need to get new rock to cycle the tank?

Thanks for all the help. I went back and saw the tank just then (it's at my new place that I haven't moved into yet) and its cleared up a lot even in the last 4 hours, but I've switched off the skimmer and filter and will leave it off for 24 hours and see how it is tomorrow night. Thanks again!
