Thanks for info guys, it helps me a lot. Spoonman I have a large amount of Texas Holly Rocks in my tank(these rocks are white) so i noticed that they getting dirty .. Should I remove and clean them? I don't know what should I do now cuz almost half of my cichlids hidding in these rocks.

Yep my tank is cycled. I test my water quality every single day. Thanks I ll try to feed them by baby spinach ;) Btw Dkpate could you post some pics of spinach you use to feed cichlids? or a link ? I don't want to get a wrong spinach ;-/

Thanks mgamer, I finally removed a head, all the media are cleaned with a spring water and placed back. I can't believe that its so silient and its powerful too, definatly increased a water circulation in my tank.
