Can ich attack inverts ?? I think i'm in the starting stages of a ich attack, and currently qt'd the main culprit.

Just throw some of your LR in the qt tank. It'll still keep all your established bacteria on the LR.

Its stays pretty consistent down there. Its the first vent that comes out of our furnace and AC unit. I'll just keep the tank empty for a couple days and moniter the temp, and keep a spare heater handy.

I had this when I started my tank up. Just put your hand in the tank, or use your scrubber and it should come right off.

I usually resort to liveaquaria, but I didn't see anything on picking certain colors/regions. I'd like to see a black or white one in person though.

Ok thanks for clearing that up. I only feed one fish, my clown the frozen food. My Antennata Lionfish gets the live food. That package could last me close to a year :D

This is how I keep mine also. Have a PH, HOB filter and skimmer breaking my water surface, but still have some oil slicks on the top of my water (thast what I call them)

Use a powerhead to get your water moved around. All you'll end up with the airstone is a bunch of salt creep from your bubbles bursting. Lighting at a LFS isn't permanent. They are there to be sold, not permanent housing.
