I'm trying to pick out a reef light for my 29g. Its a standard 30" tank and will house various fish and coral, anemones, mushrooms, etc. I am looking at 2 different lights. one has 4 bulbs and the other 2. Obviously the one with 4 is more expensive. What do i really need for this reef tank...

I have cycled my 29g FOWLR and levels were all good with 2 small yellow tail damsels, 0 ammonia, 0 nitrites, 30 nitrates. I added a clown and a cardinal and checked my levels, my ammonia is still at 0 but my nitrites moved to .25! Grrrrrr!! What should i do? water change or just let it ride out...
