Anyone here with an Aqueon reef ready tank using the durso pipes inside the duel overflow boxes? It has been a long time for me and I can't remember if I am sussposed to glue those pipes inside of the bulkheads.

How can i get the water pressure to come out the same on a duel loc line? One side will be full strength and the other tube very little water coming out of it.

I have seen on some plumbing where people both the gate valves and the ball valves. Is there any particular reason why the do that? Do they not each serve the same purpose? If not what would be the difference a gate valve and a ball valve?
