    +1 on assassin snails. I wanted some just because & they made quick work of any other snail that was in there. They also move in & out of the sand.

    You said you have 4 guppies, but the 3 in the picture look to be males. So you have 3 males & 1 female. It's supposed to be the other way around, 3 females 1 male, etc.

    Well about 2 months ago I got an assassin snail and today I was vacuuming and there was probably a dozen small baby assassin snails everywhere. I've been reading that they need female and male, but I only got one. Also anything on how to care for them?

    a solution to filter causing too much current for betta without reducing filtration.

    I did this for my killies and it works really well, adding a piece of plastic bottle in front of the water flow out of the filter also stops it.

    Haha it was at a mall! It really is not bad, it has lights inside, the HOB inside, "plumbing" for water changes, plus looks cool! haha

    It has an HOB on it, the mouth you can kind of see has a pipe to screw on a hose to add water and the tail has a drain pipe

    If you have extra media to spare you can move that but if not just cut out a piece of sponge. & the plants won't have any seeding material, they'll absorbs nitrates and ammonia though.

    Nope! Keep them in at least a 6 member group or more. That's only for killifish, or certain types.
