thanks......its a new 10 gallon that i just set up for qt/hospital...........have always wanted to put a betta in a "real" tank..........the wife had one in one of those store sold vases..............needless to say.................

i found polished rocks in walmart, of all places........says safe for aquariums

was going to silicone some polished rocks ( purchased in Michaels craft store) to pvc for caves.........but, i see on bag, it says not for aquariums......i thought for sure that i read that they were ok

bio spira reply just read ur response about biospira........i have been running now....(30gal fw tank).......about 6 weeks now........ammonia is till about .5......and i just saw a nitrite spike............i was thinking of adding it, but wasnt sure if u can add to an existing...
