Let the "I told you so's" begin.... Long story short - too much fish, too little tank. Lost a couple of danios - ammonia started spiking again. Fish back to the LFS, ammonia back in the tank. Back to fishless cycling for a while. Sorry to the fish an sorry to you all for not listening better :(

Finally found a good home for the Green Spotted Puffer. Now, it's time to fishless cycle this thing and start out right! Tank is planted with a couple of corkscrew vals and some wisteria. Also has a nice "lava base rock" for building some good bio pockets. Off to get some Ace Hardware...
