I'm seconding the notion that the blueberries are artificially dyed; a terrible practice. They will fade to albino over time. Lets get the word out so others don't make the mistake as well. -Mark

Sounds like the big one is just going through a "spell". I've had two for quite some time now and occasionally, one will get aggressive for a week or two. Just make sure that there are lots of hiding places for them to establish their own territory and maybe re-arranging the tank will decrease...

It goes to show you why you must be careful to get fish that will cohabitate well and not to overload your tank. If you have compatible fish, don't overcrowd them, and keep the water chemistry in balance, you should have a highly stress reducing tank to watch. -mark

Get ready for some advice you might not like. Two oscars and a pacu are way too much fish for a 30 gallon. They will get huge and make way too much mess for your average sized tank. Hopefully you can put them in a big tank soon as they grow very fast. As to snails, I don't know how much...
