I have had my fish in a qt since september 25 because I thought they had ICK. I treated them with instant ocean lifeguard and them seem better. My dt has the inverts and rock from the same tank my fish were in. Is it safe to put my fish in my dt now? Or should I wait a little longer?

I have a fish that i suspect has ICK. I want to quarantine it but I don't have a quarantine tank up and running. Right now i Have him and a clownfish in a 10 gallon tank with inverts and LS/LR. I know that the copper will kill the inverts and The only other tank I have is a 20 gallon one...

Ok is thus ICK? Plus, he or she has been rubbing up against all kinds of stuff-rocks, sand, hermit crabs... Poor little thing :(
