It really depends on how big these fish are. In the first picture, top to bottom, you have a Kenyi, a hybrid Auratis X, and a red zebra. Second pic, top is an Auratus, bottom is a Johanni. I'm no expert but those area best guesses. They are definatly not a Demosoni and a Yellow Lab. Sent from...

Squirrila, the reason I asked is because this is another fish that I thought was a male but just spit about 15-20 fry! I need to learn to vent! Lol

This is my female kenyi and her fry. She has been yellow since about 2". We had another kenyi for a short time recently, that's when we found out she was a female.

This is my red shouldered Severum. He's about 6"-7". There are a few different colorations of Severum. Thread fin Acara are also beautiful.

A sub dominate male will lose some of its color.
