no its like the sand it self is turning black i have cc mixed with brought playground sand

today i was looking in my tank and saw black stuff in my ls and i moved it around and it was on a few pices of my lr and some of my lr has bright orange coloring on it whats going on ??? 8O

:?: for my b-day my mom went to the lfs and picked up a damsel fish for my 45gal and i dont know much about it the fish is all white with 3 black stripes on its upper body and it trys to nibble at my hermit carbs would it be a good ideal to buy another fish or would it eat it

does anyone know a good online place to shop for supplies ? because the lfs i go to is expensive.
