So I have a favorite neon tetra in my tank, I saved him from an anchor worm near his gill plate by taking him out and *carefully* squishing the worm , which died :) I didn't think he would live and multiple people told me to just kill him, but he's perfectly fine now! Hence my favorite fish...

Hello all! First of all I am trying to get into planted tanks, I have a 20 long and have a t8 17 watt full spectrum bulb . I have gotten java moss, amazon sword, anacharis and creeping Jenny. I just want to know if my full spectrum light will be enough in the long run or if I should get a better...

So I want to redo my tank as mentioned, I would like to have an iwagumi-like look, but with smooth and flat rocks I found at a local creek....any ideas or perhaps additions? Any ideas are welcome! :brows:

I have a betta that has been healing remarkably well and has about half a cm of new growth on his fins, he has been in there for a month now, I want to get him back into my ten gal ASAP since I tested the ten gallon and it came out with 0 ammonia,nitrates and nitrites.

I've got my little guy hanging in a 1/2 gal hospital tank in my ten gal. Put him in there yesterday with aq salt and he looks worse today! He may have fin melt? I'm not sure but the rot is moving fast. I was thinking about treating with penecillin as well, any reason why i should wait? P.S...

Hello, just recently noticed bloody fins on my betta, wanted to know if it is safe to add salt to my freshwater tank which includes bamboo shrimp and ghost shrimp?!

I have a ten gal with filter and just started stocking two weeks ago, I got a betta and two bamboo shrimp that are acclimated as far as I can tell. I had been waiting for the LFS to stock some neon tetras for a week and a half and went there today to check for them but they had to send them back...
