I have a new biocube 29g, I have the lights on a timer, when the lights first come on the "fan area" on the left side of the hood make a rattling type of noise. After 30 min. Or so it stops... Any ideas?

Only one place near me sells reverse osmosis water. I'd rather just make me own, will my tap water be safe if I run it through a R/O unit? Any you would recommend?

Ok I cycled my 29 g -levels all good... Added live rock yesterday and my first creatures today....A peppermint shimp(which I haven't seen since I dumped him in) two small hermit crabs and a three stripe damsel. Anxious to add a clownfish and some soft corals...how many days should I wait...

Help, new to saltwater tank, set up my biocube 29 g....if I have the water filled totally to the top of the tank, the back left filter section ( corner with water pump in it) .... Runs, pushes water into tank, but the side guide that says minimum....maximum, my water isn't even to the minimum...

New to 29g Biocube tank, no fish in yet. Had tanks years ago and always needed an airstone/ pump for fish to breathe. This tank doesn't have an airstone, see no bubbles, water filled to top. Will fish have enough oxygen???
