I found a bunch of little bugs. They are white. Not wormy or big just like tiny dots. They are on my rock all over my glass and my substrate. Any ideas? So small that I couldn't take a picture.

Thanks for the input on the sand star. My next door neighbor has a huge 250 so maybe ill just give it to him. So should I worry about there diet? I let the nano cycle for about 2 weeks and a half is there enough stuff in there for them to munch on?

I went to the lfs and bought a clean up crew. Blue leg hermits, turbo snails, a brit. star, and a sand sifting star. And I forgot to ask them what they eat. The lsf store doesn't open for another 3 hours and so I have nobody to ask. So what do they eat after all the tank is clean?

Now when people say vacuum is there a tool that I should get to do that without sucking up all my sand. My sand is super fine grade and is very powdery compared to the crush coral stuff.

When I did the raw shrimp. I bought two boxes of pure baking soda and left them on both sides of the tank. That will take away most of the smell... Pure baking soda is like a buck a box. And then I bought some little house air freshener and that works pretty well.
