Okay, thanks. He's absoloubtly fine swimming with them but just won't let them into that patch when he's there, he darts towards them, but doesn't chase or anything like that. He's really shy too, that doesn't help

I had a frog once and it exploded :( I'm assuming that was due to bloat. The fish shop never had healthy stock either

Moss balls remove nitrates from the water. I have 2 corys and a bn plec, and both are fine with them, they don't even nibble them

Iv got to disagree. I put 7 neons into my tank (one of the first fish I put in) they helped to cycle it, and they have been through a stage where the nitrates and nitrites were very high! Needless to say, they are still healthy and iv not had any problems with them, other than the odd chase!

Thanks for all of the advice guys, but unfortunately, none of them hatched :( they went all fuzzy. Hopefully I'll have better luck next time!

They are best kept on their own or in a species only tank. If they are in a species only tank, they must have lots of hiding places, be well fed and the tank must be at least 15 gallons. If not then they will tear limbs of each other

Be warned, I have a mystery snail in what was a planted tank and he absoloubtly destroyed the plants in there

Wow, sounds like hard work. My local pet store has the liquifry in. Iv got the one for livebearers, but not egg layers. Iv managed to move most of the eggs into a plastic breeder box, as most of the others in there were going mad for the eggs! I'm just really hoping they hatch! *fingers crossed!*

My albino Cory cat laid lots of eggs last night. I have managed to save some and put them into a breeder trap, but theres some in not web able to get. Do you think these guys will be okay? How long does it usually take for the eggs to hatch, how do I feed the little ones? Wasn't intentionally...

Bristlenose pleco, they are lovely. Here's mine, he's just over 5" in length now

Hi yea, they are great to watch, mine seem to like climbing up all of the plants and hanging around on them! They are one of the only newts that are 100% aquatic, they can get to 6 - 7 inches fully grown
