My blue tang has ich, bad. I have some meds here but I also have an anemone and some live rock. Don't have a quarantine tank. Any advice? I have a cleaner shrimp but he doesn't appear to be interested in helping.

My yellow tang doesn't look good. Breathing pretty fast and mouth is open. He isn't swimming around either, just floating in one spot. He did eat some shrimp earlier. Also, his fins are frayed a bit. I did add some clowns today and cleaner shrimp which has taken the tangs hiding spot. Is it just...
