    White growth on new nano set up

    This is my first saltwater tank, and I have been doing great so far, but I realizes there is some white stuff growing on my live rock. I think it is a sponge or some little white worms. What do you think?

    What kind of cichlid is this?

    I have two of these cichlids one is this bluish color in the photo and the other is tan. They have same stripes and are same fish I just don't know what kind. They also have some metallic coloring. Please help! :) thanks They are both in last pic
