    Hi having a problem with my tank, have lost my flame angel one day ago fed him on the night he was fine eating and swimming fine got up in the morning and he was dead on the sand bed half eaten!     I had something similar could be the same thing red slime algae took a month to clear it, I sucked it up with gravel cleaner comes back pretty quick though but will go eventually, caused by high nitrate levels

    Hi we have had my tank set up for a year now and have just found this crab it is about the size of a ten pence piece dark green in colour with white patches round it's pincers, it has been hiding inside a rock anyone any ideas??? Will keep trying for a better pic but it's very nervous!!!

    What type of anemone is this

    Don't know if it helps but my Conde anenome has a white foot with pink tentacles, can post a pic if you think it might help, none of my fish go near it and doesn't seem to be a problem.

    Aiptasia? Please help ID!

    Found this just appeared wondering what it is? It has a feather duster looking thing at the end but is minute compared to the rest of it which is about 15mm in length, it was sticking upright until a crab knocked it over!

    Picked up new coral more like rescue

    I had a problem with aiptasia so I got a bristletail filefish, and any aiptasia I now see is gone within a couple of days, personally I think it's better than chemical answers to the problem, but they will eat Duncan's corals, I tried the peppermint shrimps but he doesn't seem to be interested...
