I was thinking tropical fish. However I love the guppies and Molly's however there not aggressive so I'm assuming u can't put an aggressive fish in a tank. The only fish I've messed with the past few yrs have been just guppies and Molly's so if I were to change it up I guess I'd need to learn...

What's the temp in the water. They like it to b warm. I always keep mine about 78-82 degrees. I use a heater to help keep that temp. Sometimes it helps to to keep the light off or should I say it seems to help. As well I have better luck by putting the fry in a separate tank till the get big...

Ok so by changing the water isn't gonna hurt anything it's for the better ? I always assumed that you didn't want to change the water account of building up the bacteria in the tank.

The tank has been setup for about a month month and a half. All my readings were perfect than I added snails which are no longer in that tank. But I'll do a 50% ac again and check in a hr. Ty.

Did 85-90% water change yesterday morning .

Nitrate (no3) is 0. Nitrite (no2) is 5.0. Alkalinity is 120. And the ph is 7.2.
