I'm getting a aquareef 195 how much live rock Should I get? And also rock then sand or sand then rock added into the aquarium?? Lots of questions as new to the reef aquarium, I have had cichlids or around 3 years so I know freshwater but moving on up.. All tips are welcome....

No ones really said anything but its quite noisy, the Protein skimmer and return pump I gess?. just seeing videos and a few people have said it is. Do you have one one or seen one?

I have not set it up yet but a lot of other people have said the sump in quite loud I'm getting it next week.
