No they arnt. Its ich plus some white film over bodys and the fins are turning red with blood stains. My fish always got along. I have 2 peacocks, 2 white zebra, 1 red zebra, 1jewel, and 3 yellow labs. I also had 2 acai which were my oldest and biggest and happiest and they just died. Overnight...

Its been a while. One of my angels died mysteriously. My other is in a 55 gallon now with some other fish they get along with. Platys and mollys and some guppys and others.

How can I treat this and stop reaccuurance? My cichlids have echymosis amd torn up fins and dying off one by one

Ok thank yall so much. I just know some fish its easy to tell and some not too easy. Wasnt sure with angelfish. I have lots of tanks and fish but these r my first angels. I love them. They r my favorite now. Oh and what demensions should their adult tank be?

Thats funny. I nicknamed him rusty. Didnt know they had a rust cichlid. But thanks. Hes gonna be a pretty one. My peacock has a orange bottom fin. Ill wait till I see more color. Praying for a ruby red :)

do betta need airaters? mine seem to hate it alot. they have filters...

i have two girls in a small community tank and they do no fight.but try it out if you want or not.

wow yeah i only have 10 cichlids in my 55g. but i also have 8 tiger barbs and two plecos and 3 clown loaches that i should have never bought. the idiot pet store gave them to me for $1 each....not sure why...i thought maybe i could sell them for more. hopefully they will stay about 6 inches lol.

i know i mixed aggressive and semi and peaceful fish....store guy told me the mix would calm down the aggressive ones....i know know never to listen to store workers...ill separate:facepalm: them if i have to lol.

10 gallon.....um....id do just bettas and only 5. theyll need things to hide in so thatll take away a few gallons....nothing else should fit....or you could have 2 bettas and 2 frogs....and maybe some neon tetras....corys like to swim fast and bounce around....id never stick them in anything...
