Does anyone know what the heck this thing is? Found him crawling on my star polyps. I have removed it from my tank, but I'm worried that there may be more. Are they harmful? Any help is appreciated! Sorry for the crappy pic. Only had my iPhone handy.

Thanks for the advice guys. Great news today as they opened up and are looking good. When I say feeding them I give them a little phytoplankton once a week. Nothing much, just a little squirt. Lets hope they stay open here on out. I love the way they look in my tank flowing back and forth.

Thanks for the quick replies. I think I might try turning the power heads to see what happens. I was trying to avoid moving any live rock but if the power heads don't work then I guess some rearranging of live rock will have to happen. Thanks again
