It's been set up for 2 months. Ammonia is .25 to 0 ppm and nitrite is 0ppm. I did add established media so i guess that's why. There was 10ppm of nitrate a couple weeks ago but strangely its 0 now.
I tested nitrite yesterday and it was .50 and now it's 0 . I didn't water changes so I don't know what happened. It's 10 gallons and not fully cycled. What could've happened?
I feed my betta these foods, is this healthy for him? Is there something healthier i can give him? Also i feed my coires hikiri sinking pellets and aqueon algae pellets, is there something better i can feed them?
In my experience, adf's get aggressive with other fish and also struggle to get food. Also, careful to not confused adf's with acf's, which get very large.
Mine was betta that i kept in a 3 liter tank with no heater ( i live in Boston ) and changed the water a couple times a month. He surprisingly lived 3 years.
Thanks and there's no where to rehome them and i have no sosve for another tank so when they die i won't get them again. All mine seem very active and i change 50% of the water ever weekend. I can do more though. I know that filters can't replace water changes.
