My tank is about 30 litres, i set it up in august this year, I have 4 guppies, 2neons, one red robin gourami, 1 Dora and 1 catfish! I have no live plants and the water tests seem normal accept the general hardness which is very high!

My freshwater tropical tank is getting really green, there's no algae to be seen on the side but the water is merky and green! What should I go, I've tried to let it settle, replaced my footer sponge and tried chemicals but it's getting worse! What should I do?

Hello! Rather dim question but my tank water is turning increasingly green. I've replaced the filter sponge, tried numerous water clearing chemicals and tried to wait it out! I recently had a problem with one of my gouramis, he was lying on the bottom and getting rather large! Now he's perked up a lot but seems to be changing colour from a golden colour to almost a black colour! Any advice?

I'm pretty sure it is.. The pet shop called it a "chocolate gourami"! Fingers crossed it isn't that then :/

I recently bought a pair of gouramis! One of them is a much darker colour and has recently gotten a lot larger and it's stomach area is significantly bigger, it's currently resting at the bottom of the tank which it never does! Any idea what's wrong?
