    I would watch the ammonia Wait until the ammonia is gone then test for nitrites Then dose one last time once both ammonia and nitrites are at 0ppm

    I won't worry about the ph at the moment it wouldn't effect the cycle All my tanks I don't really worry about ph Fish adjust to ph very well as long it's not a spike Question: are you using a test kit , if so what kind???

    I would just say this I have several tanks from 125g to 20g I would just let the tank do its thing stop the w/c and let nature run its course. I had a tank that took me 4 months for it to cycle so I know that frustration you may be experiencing. Just out of curiosity is the ammonia your dosing...

    Woke up this morning and noticed that one of my fishes looks kind of swollen, imo it doesn't look like dropsy but I could be wrong. The fish is called daffodil cichlid - Neolamprologus pulcher Water parameters: Nitrites-0 Nitrates-40 Ph-7.9 Ammonia-0
