Really depends on what all your going to put in it. Idk if the Cory's will eat them but most fish scoop up shrimp any chance they get and 120 will give fish room to grow big enough to make a meal of the average ghost shrimp(if that's what you are speaking of).

Assassin snail, or yoyo loach but most loaches get big, if you got alot( a lot a lot ) of snails maybe a crawfish you could borrow. These crustaceans love to break apart snails but your plants would be in danger as soon as you run out of snails. Can't say about the loaches(never tried em) but...
