15 days in from initial ammonia dose, ammonia isn't dropping but nitrites are at 5.0ppm. Am I doing something wrong

Ammo hasn't dropped at all still 4ppm

API master test kit originally dosed to 5ppm and ph is 7.6

Fish less of course lol

It's about 2 weeks and I have nitrites appearing but the ammo isn't dropping should I do a water change or just keep being patient ( which is killing me by the way)
