    I'm sorry I hope I didn't hurt your feelings

    Catfish for 125g?

I literally said that in my beginning post - that they should be in groups and that they look like catfish. I'm sorry but if y'all aren't gonna listen to what I'm saying there isn't any point of me having this conversation with you.

    Catfish for 125g?

I misspoke - the posts before say catfish

    Catfish for 125g?

Your misunderstanding me: I'm saying that BALA CATFISH look like catfish, NOT, that they look like sharks (in fact, that's the opposite the point I'm trying to make). You just Inadvertently proved my point.

    Catfish for 125g?

Mother Mary does anybody see that I said BALA CATFISH. CATFISH, not SHARK, CATFISH, BALA CATFISH

    Catfish for 125g?

It looks similar to a catfish and I said he should put a group of them in

    Catfish for 125g?

A buddy of mine has had a Bala Shark in his tank for years - straight freshwater. It's possible.

Oh I've learned the digging thing myself - I'll look into a power head, thanks for the input

Experience buying fish at chain pet stores?

I was just making a general statement - of course there will always be an exception to the rule.

    Aqua scape suggestions?

Did u do it while the tank was already set up? I would love to because they look great but I don't want to mess up my tank and it's livestock

No, I use an air pump for mine, but the right tube of the filter doesn't pump air very well (by that I mean it might as well not be there because the actual pumping it does is zero). Would the usage of an actual power head fix that you think? It's a 75 gallon SA Cichlid tank, btw.

    Aqua scape suggestions?

I'm about to get a background too so that'll probably make it a bit better, thanks

Experience buying fish at chain pet stores?

Going to a local fish store is a much better option - not only are the fish healthier, but the people working there are usually more knowledgeable than those working at a chain such as Petsmart.

    Aqua scape suggestions?

I was wanting to put something that takes up space in the upper area of my tank (more so to the left than to the right side), as most of my decorations are low lying. Any suggestions? I was thinking maybe a rock stack to the left or serving of that nature, but I'd really like to hear your...

I doubt you'll have problems though

    Kribs & Tiger Barbs?

If the ghost shrimp are smaller and the Kribs are a but bigger, then there is always the chance - I'd be more worried about the Tigers once they get bigger.

    Kribs & Tiger Barbs?

I agree, they're gonna need more space if you plan on using that tank, but as far as the fish match ups themselves, you should be good - Tigers tend to be able to hold their own considering they are a community fish.

Just curious to hear y'all's opinions on UGF's. I have one myself, in unison with a flu all 305 canister filter. I've heard they are both good and bad

    Stocking A 150 Gallon

I agree convicts are easy, but it can be a pain dealing with their fry, while live bearers breed prolifically. Just my opinion.

    Stocking A 150 Gallon

Hahaha I get it - if you ever think about it though, I'd suggest starting with live bearers; much much easier to take care of

Unless you're planning on eventually breeding them then you shouldn't have to worry about male-female matching. Some of my favorite gouramis off the top of my head are - Moonlight gourami Kissing gourami Dwarf Neon gourami (blues & reds) Paradise gourami Pearl gourami

    Stocking A 150 Gallon

Gouramis are really interesting fish, I would try adding some - I doubt u will have any aggression problems considering the size of your tank.
