I have a bit of a problem I've got a 15 gallon tank fully cycled 79fht I have a male beeta and 7 tetras and 3ghost shrimp one of my tetras is attacking beeta other tetras and shrimp it's just the one I've been watching him for about a week now what are my options I have a separate 3 gal tank...

He used to in my smaller tank but when I upgraded he dosent seem to any more he sits on top of filter now I picked it up for £2.99 so not that much really

Sometimes the beeta will just kill just make sure when u see a dead one take it out it won't be a massive problem

You can keep a sorority of beeta females with other fish as long there. Not brightly coloured or have long fins but it depends on there attitudes nothing's certain with beetas

Thanks for the advice I only planned on getting a beeta but in the end wanted something else in the tank that's why I got tetras because I've read a lot of reviews of them getting on any advice on live plants for the tank I know I've got the right substrate but not to sure and what I've read so...

But I don't really want to get rid of orange tetras so I might get a couple more is the 3 gal enough for the beeta because he preety much was instantly happier when he went in big tank made a bubble nest preety much straight away

I no I made a rookie mistake with tetras I asked in pet store if they schooled together he said yes but reading more about tetras same type stick together I got my 5 gal tank rdy and cycled for my beeta but for the last 3weeks to a month he's been fine but if anythink happens he'll be in the 3...
