Aren't my tanks too small for yo yo loachs? I thought you had to have several of them also. I may be wrong. I have juvenile Mollies in the 16 gallon and bettas in the two smaller tanks. Wow! Thank you so much for identifying them! I had not clue where to begin a search since I had no idea what they might even be I rinsed a lot of them off of some Java fern one day and greatly reduced their numbers. They aren't too bad now. :thanks:

This is a very close up picture of the critters that I have in my tank. It's probably the best pic that I have of them. I have other in my photo albums on here. They are very tiny. Not sure if the biggest of them is even an eighth of a inch long. Idk if we have the same infestation or not...

Oh, that's different then. She does look squarish to me. My white molly had the dark spots at first the last time she was expecting but they went away well before she had the babies. The firs time she had a dark spot the whole time but it lightened a bit as she got bigger. I can't see them well...

Is she a balloon molly or regular? If she isn't a balloon, I'd definitely say she's pregnant. Mine had 30+ babies over a month ago and did not look that big!

Thanks everyone. I have tested my tap water and it is fine. The test reagents seem to be fine also. I tested my other tanks and got good readings. I ended up doing 4 water changes in that tank today and still have Nitrites of .25 to .5 ppm. I will do more water changes tomorrow and hope I can...
