This turtle is really small not sure what type my turtle is bigger but allways scared

This is my improvised hatchling tAnkv turtle is in quarantine room waters to high so he can't explore but the open part of the tank really and he's only like 2 weeks old so he shouldn't explore there my quarantine for now till I get my 180
