I've got a critter crawling around my LR that's too fast to photo but is a white, translucent centipede looking thing. Any thoughts?

Found this slug(?) guy crawling around the bottom of my LR, any ideas? Good/bad? The only other critters I've seen are 3 bristle worms an elusive ghost shrimp(?) and an equally elusive snail.
