No salt or meds I don't like adding chemicals if I can help it. And I always heard that salt is bad for tetras that the can't handle it

I have java fern and anubias nana in my 20 gallon regular. I use API leaf zone liquid fertilizer and the directions say dose once a week I'm wondering if I dose every 4 days would it help or hurt my plants. Also would it have any affects on my fish which are neon tetras and guppies

This is my 20 high it just finished cycle. I plan on adding some more plants and maybe another piece of driftwood to mimic a tree. Also plan on adding several more fish.

Quick question about the male to female ratio with guppies. I know your supposed to keep to females to every male but I'm wondering if this is only if your planing to keep more than one male. Can u keep just one male and one female without any problems.

In your opinion tell me if u think this would work. I get the guppies first and start with a temperature of 76 then every two weeks raise it a degree till it's around 80. Then I get the rams

Use newspaper on the front with a glass cleaner ( careful none gets In tank) but the newspaper will keep it from leaving streaks

Yea that's another reason I wanted the guppies. Although many ppl find that cruel that's how things would go if they were in the wild. That's the only reason why guppies have so much offspring anyway.

Think I'm just gonna get one ram I choose rams because they are a peaceful fish that u don't see in everyone's a aquarium and I wanted a center piece like the king of the tank. But who knows I got a while to decide.

Also I'm thinking of adding some java moss on the top left of the drift wood but hear it is extremely fast grower and will over run the tank. Any suggestions
