That's what I'm thinking. They all swarm to it, taking pecks at it. Maybe they just can't take nice bites from it yet. They're each about 1.5 inches so definitely not full grown

The glass catfish are pretty picky eaters and won't clean up too much. Cory catfish will surely do that for you. Any problems with having the two gouramis in there together? When I tried that they were pretty aggressive with one another.

The condition of the tanks are what I have been most sensitive too. I am not an expert by any means but their tanks are not well kept (not cleaned, mislabeled, dead fish). I have also come home with a few fish that were not healthy. Time to check out some other options.

I appreciate the input. The petsmart I have been shopping at offers a 14 day warranty for their fish which is not bad all things considered. There is a tropical fish shop about 15 minutes away though, so I should probably check out what they have to offer.
