    Need help identifying issue

    Just recently my fish developed some disease. It started with 1 fish swimming upward with nose facing up and wiggling, and then today i noticed another fish and 2 other fish with open wounds.. I secluded the fish in separate tank, but unsure what to treat them both tanks with. I have both snails...
