Just recently my fish developed some disease. It started with 1 fish swimming upward with nose facing up and wiggling, and then today i noticed another fish and 2 other fish with open wounds.. I secluded the fish in separate tank, but unsure what to treat them both tanks with. I have both snails and Plants in the tank. I was thinking melafix and pimafix since the instructions state they are good for planted tanks and invertebrates

Hi, welcome to AA.

I'll kick off but it's late here so someone else will pick up.

First up - need some tank details. There is a sticky to help with this but basically:-

How long has tank been going? How long have you had fish?

Is it cycled? What are water chemistry readings - including ph and temp as well as ammonia?

What is stocking? Is there any fish that may have attacked them?

Did anything change in the tank at the same time? Any possibility of chemicals added to tank accidentally?

If all else is good on tank chemistry, etc then my first thought would be bacterial but gotta cross every thing off.
